Technology and especially the new forms of it have redefined student and teacher relationship. With a great access to the sources of knowledge and educational contents, and with the students’ increasing skill in searching to find and dig into such contents, teachers’ traditional role as content providers has been questioned overwhelmingly. New technologies provided unprecedented possibilities to proceed with the modern role of teachers as learner specialists. Such approach to education is based on individual needs of students and its aims is set to help students focus on their individual educational needs and goals. Educational online platforms, video sharing services, social networking and instant messaging are some examples of the real time connection between teachers and students. I am looking forward to learn more about how to use these services more efficiently in my teaching, develop precise methods of online activity evaluation, and direct these facilities toward students’ individual learning goals.
